Requirements:
- Must have a least 3 years Sales experience in a renowned garden centre
- Plant knowledge must be excellent and must be applicable to a retail environment.
- Sales driven and constantly striving to exceed sales targets
- Positive approach offering exceptional customer service
- A good eye for creating inspirational displays and colour coordination .
- Must have own transport due to location.

Full-time work including weekends
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Horticulture experience or in-depth knowledge of plants/horticulture
- Previous garden centre experience.
- Good plant knowledge.
- Must be highly organised and have attention to detail.
- Have excellent communication skills.
