Essential:
We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking horticulturist who can deal warmly and effectively with the public.
The successful candidate must
- Have an excellent knowledge of plants and horticultural practices
- Some Retail experience an advantage but not essential
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be very customer focused
- Be able to deliver expert advice to customers
- Have initiative and be able to work both individually and as part of a team
- Have a strong work ethic and be adaptable
