An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our company as Grounds Maintenance Contracts Manager, delivering excellent customer service in accordance with contract specifications.
Our ideal candidate:
- 3 years + Comprehensive grounds maintenance management / supervisory experience
- Formal Horticultural training to 3 rd level.
- A strong communicator with commercial awareness
- Superb client liaison, staff management and leadership skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience of budgets and financial management
- Local authority experience an advantage
