Fitzgerald Nurseries are hiring Nursery Propagation Operatives.
Job Description:
- The successful candidate will be working as part of an existing multicultural, positively motivated, production operations staff team
- They will receive the national agricultural pay rate
- Overtime may be needed at peak times between April and July
- Hours of work 8.30 to 4.30 (winter ) and 8.30 to 5.00 (summer)
Essential:
- Horticulture Qualification useful for further promotion within the business but not essential
- Horticulture work experience in a glasshouse environment useful but not essential, production line work in industry useful
- Good attention to detail and focus on productivity and tidy execution in all tasks essential
- Good verbal communication in English desirable but not essential
Job training provided onsite to successful candidates.
