Redlough Landscapes are hiring Landscaper Supervisors in both Southside Dublin and Shannon Co Clare.
The Company:
Redlough Landscapes operates a large grounds maintenance portfolio throughout Leinster and Munster. Dedicated to the delivery of quality service to our clients, we are seeking to recruit motivated people to join our expanding company.
Outline of role:
- Leading a crew of 3-6 Ground maintenance workers
- Motivating, training and assessing landscape staff
- Resource scheduling
- Contract supervision
- Reporting on existing contracts to Contracts Manager
- Up selling to existing clients
- Other duties as directed from time to time
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Full clean drivers licence, including a trailer licence
- Safe Pass & Manual Handling
- Good communication skills
- Formal horticulture training
