Gardener required for a private estate in South Tipperary
An enthusiastic Gardener with horticultural experience is required to work alongside the Head Gardener on this Private Estate in Co. Tipperary.
The grounds have extensive lawns, walled garden, formal areas, ponds, as well as mature parkland and herbaceous borders.
Duties:
The position will include a large proportion of routine maintenance. The successful candidate will be required to work alone or as part of a team.
Experience:
Ideally, the successful candidate will have horticultural experience working as part of a small team and will be familiar with the safe use and maintenance of garden machinery.
Essential:
- The successful candidate must have a minimum level 6 horticulture qualification or equivalent proven experience working as a gardener.
- Must have a positive attitude and a good work ethic.
- The candidate will need to be in good physical health as this is a very hands-on physical role.
- Valid and in date safe pass and manual handling are required.
