Bord Bia’s annual foodservice seminar is taking place in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Blanchardstown, Dublin on Tuesday morning, 4th November 2014. We will be publishing a new piece of research quantifying the size of the Irish foodservice market (North and South), with a breakdown by channel and identification of the trends and drivers shaping the market.

We will also be publishing a directory containing over 100 detailed profiles of the main Irish foodservice operators and the distributor/wholesalers that service them.
