Windyridge Garden Centre require Garden Centre Assistants
Windyridge is run by two young brothers Paul & Justin Harvey. We are a rapidly growing progressive business with a staff of 12 full time and 8 Part time.
Duties:
- Work on the tills
- Restock the shelves
- Deal with customers
- Carry compost to the car
Attributes:
- Willing to learn and have an interest in gardening
- Be friendly and smile a lot and have a positive attitude to work with a young team
Training:
- Staff will be given a plant book on arrival and will be expected to learn it to get them up to speed
- They will also get one hour a week with a member of staff to train them up along with on the job continual training
Progression:
We are always looking to move staff into more challenging roles.
