The clerical assistant will work with the administration team undertaking a wide variety of tasks.
This position is part-time, Monday to Friday 9am-1pm
Key duties
- Dealing with daily post
- Maintaining Director diaries
- Data entry and general assistance on purchase and sales ledgers
- Invoice processing
- Other clerical duties as required
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Must have previous administrative experience.
- Accounts experience
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate must have administrative experience in a similarly busy commercial office. They will have excellent computer and communication skills and should be enthusiastic, motivated, be able to work as part of an established team.
