In response to the continued rising energy and input cost for producers, Bord Bia’s Client Capability team are partnering with Uspire Ltd on the delivery of negotiation and cost inflation supports. Some supports available include a ‘Negotiation Fundamentals, Theory and Practical Negotiation Skills Development’ programme as well as alternative more bespoke offerings in due course.
This training will be underpinned by up-to-date sector-specific knowledge of the commodity inflation crisis, retailer strategies and industry ways of working and is a must-attend for anyone looking to optimise their selling and negotiation performance with customers. The content will be a mix of pre-course learning, virtual tutorial workshops and in-person experiential role-play training.
