Jonny and Ian are both studying for a Foundation Degree in horticulture.

Stuart Lowen, Marketing Manager Ball Colegrave (second left) visted the CAFRE Greenmount Campus in Antrim recently to speak to the Foundation Degree Horticulture students. He took time to discuss some of the current crops beeing grown at the campus with Lecturer Keith Jeffers (right) and students Jonny Hall (L) from Lisbellaw and Ian Weir (second from right) from Ballygowan.
Foundation Degree Horticulture students Jacqui Magennis (Newry), Maria Doyle (Warrenpoint), Joe Higgins ( Belast), and Alex Lyttle ( Newtownards) getting some specialist help and advice on the planning of bedding crops for their Production Management module from Stuart Lowen the Marketing Manager of Ball Colegrave. Ball Colegrave is one of the industry leaders in the supply of seeds and young plants to the bedding plant industry, and Mr Lowen was visiting the CAFRE Greenmount Campus near Antrim.
