It was a busy week on the domestic horticulture front in Ireland. Congratulations to all the winners in the Bord Bia Amenity Awards. The atmosphere at the John Stanley seminar was described as Electric! by one participant and we will have a full report on both it and the IHNSA trolley fair along with a full gallery of photos of exhibitors and visitors next week. Next week will see the annual Growers NI trolley fair with a strong participation from growers in the Republic of Ireland. On the international front Salon du Vegetal was once again on and will have a show report too next week.
HortiTrends also completed the purchase of the high-end domain name www.horticulturedirectory.com and there are plans to segment it into a B2B Trade Directory for Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England.
