The Asia Trade Forum, established by the Irish Exporters Association, has launched a competition for Irish businesses interested in expanding into Asia. The winning business will be provided flights and expenses for a business development trip to the region.
Announcing the competition, Colin Lawlor ATF Chairman said, “The competition is open to all Irish SMEs with clear and ambitious plans for trading with Asia. Supported by our sponsors Etihad Airways, we are offering flights to a business destination in Asia, as well as accommodation expenses.”
“The Asia Trade Forum has been established to promote and support trade with Asia in practical ways and this competition is one way of doing that. This prize will allow the winning business to further develop potential opportunities in Asia,” he said.
The competition is open from April 15 to June 15, 2012. The Asia Trade Forum has been established by the Irish Exporters Association and is sponsored by Etihad Airways, Enterprise Ireland, Grant Thornton, Ulster Bank and William Fry.
