The Irish Organic Association are reminding members and those interested that there is a public consultation on the development of the organic sector currently open. It opened on April 12th and closes on May 31st, we are encouraging all members to make a submission.
Members of the public and interested parties are now invited to submit proposals for consideration in the preparation of the new 5-7 year Strategic plan for the development of the Organic Sector, including sectoral and cross-sectoral recommendations, market developments, training and education, public awareness and wider EU policy.
The closing date for written submissions to Organic@agriculture.gov.ie is Thursday, 31 May 2018
