Collect Tokens to Win Great Prizes for Your School – The Incredible Edibles 2012 Collecting Challenge

The Incredible Edibles characters are hitting the shelves in shops nationwide in 2012. For the 2012 Incredible Edibles challenge,the Incredible Edibles characters will start to be incorporated on the packaging of various Irish potatoes, fruit and vegetables.

We want to challenge your school to collect as many Incredible Edibles tokens and/or Bord Bia Quality Marks * from Irish produced potatoes, fruit and vegetables. Schools that collect the most tokens/quality marks (per pupil) will win amazing prizes!

The Challenge

  • Schools across Ireland will compete with each other to collect the most Incredible Edibles tokens and/or Bord Bia Quality Marks * from the packaging of Irish potatoes, fruit and vegetables
  • The top five schools that collect the most Incredible Edibles tokens and/or Bord Bia Quality Marks will each win one of the Top Prizes
  • Schools that participate in the Collecting Challenge but who do not collect enough tokens to reach the top five schools, will be entered in to a draw for some amazing prizes

Top Prizes (For the five schools that collect the most tokens)

  1. A class visit to Agri Aware’s Family Farm in Dublin Zoo for a cookery demonstration with a well known chef, followed by a day out at Dublin Zoo (cost of coach covered). See www.thefamilyfarm.ie
  2. A class visit to Agri Aware’s Incredible Edibles Garden in Family Farm at Dublin Zoo (cost of coachcovered). See www.thefamilyfarm.ie
  3. A class visit to Bloom 2012 (cost of coach covered).
  4. A visit to your school by Agri Aware’s Mobile Farm. See www.agriaware.ie
  5. A visit to your school’s Sports Day by the Incredible Edibles mascot characters, who will bring goodie bags and sport equipment

All other participating schools will be entered into a draw and selected at random to win:

  • Juicers (for five schools)
  • A supply of fruit and vegetables delivered to your school (for five schools)
  • Incredible Edibles lunch boxes for two schools

Note
The number of Incredible Edibles tokens and/or Bord Bia Quality Marks collected by schools will be calculated on a pro rata basis i.e. the number of Incredible Edibles tokens and/or Bord Bia Quality Marks collected per pupil.

* The Bord Bia Quality Mark must be from potato, fruit or vegetable packaging only. When you submit your Bord Bia Quality Mark, there must be proof of this on the packaging.
