Due to take place on January 19-20, the Groenbeurs Zundert sales fair in the Netherlands has been postponed due to restrictions and expectations surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.
A possible summer edition is being looked at, but dates are yet to be announced.
At the Groenbeurs Zundert sales fair, the focus is on purchasing. Over a short period of time, buyers get the opportunity to purchase everything they need from green professionals in Zundert and the surrounding area. This is why it was deemed important to not cancel Groenbeurs Zundert, but to look at alternatives. One of the possibilities would be rescheduling in June.
Plans are already in place for additional (digital) elements to engage participants that will take place on the original dates of the sales fair (January 19-20). This will include a third edition of the Kwekersbode digital magazine.
Groenbeurs Zundert has also been a great addition to the GrootGroenPlus trade fair, the largest trade fair for the tree nursery industry. It is already possible to register for this tradefair, scheduled to take place on October 5-7 2022, through the website here.
