AIPH International Grower of the Year Awards 2022
Supported by Headline Sponsor Royal FloraHolland, the 12th edition of the AIPH IGOTY Awards celebrates achievements in ornamental production.
The International Grower of the Year (IGOTY) Awards were launched by AIPH and FCI in 2009. The awards recognise best practice in horticultural production by ornamental production nurseries around the globe.
The new reception style format for the event allows a greater opportunity to reconnect with industry colleagues from across the globe and celebrate the winners and finalists in person.
The evening event includes a drinks reception with a range of food to fill stomachs as guests network with others in the industry. Following this, the awards will be presented for the four categories: Cut Flowers and Bulbs, Young Plants, Finished Plants and Trees, and the Sustainability Award.
From among these categories, only one winner will be crowned the ‘AIPH International Grower of the Year 2022’ and receive the ‘Gold Rose’ – the industry’s most coveted prize.
AIPH has also partnered with Jungle Talks for the inaugural ‘Young International Grower of the Year’ Award. Participants of Jungle Talks’ Pro Manager Mastercourse will have a chance to pitch to the jury at the awards event.
The award ceremony will be held on 14 June 2022, at GreenTech Amsterdam, the top horticulture technology event in the Netherlands.
