Stephen Alexandar from Teagasc contacted IOFGA to let them know that there is an outbreak of Fusarium wilt disease in the North County Dublin area on a small number of conventional commercial lettuce glasshouse units. It’s a problem in that once it gets into a nursery it can be difficult to get rid of and there is no known cure.

There is also information on the Teagasc website and AHDB website.
