PERIscope is back! Our biennial Periscope study explores consumer eating behaviours, purchasing attitudes and shopping & cooking trends among consumers in ten markets – Ireland and Great Britain, six continental European markets, along with the US and New Zealand.
We have been tracking Irish attitudes every two years since 2001 and have continued to add other countries over the years. This is the first time we have completed the research for the 10 countries in the one study.
In Ireland and Great Britain, we carried out 1,000 face to face interviews, with online surveys completed in the other eight countries. This research is nationally representative and respondents were interviewed by IPSOS mrbi on our behalf. In total the study results are drawn from 10,000 respondents.
