Due to our increased workload, we are now hiring additional staff. We require immediately Landscape Supervisors.
Minimum Requirements:
- The candidate must have 3 years Third level horticultural qualification
- Must hold a current FULL driving licence
- Minimum 2 years working in landscaping
- Good Horticulture knowledge
- Experience of the use of machinery (a bonus)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to complete projects from start to finish
- Good plant knowledge
- Manage crew and ensure work is carried out in a professional, safe and timely manner
- Assist landscape manager in the monitoring of all aspects of each site
- Ability to take instruction and understand the necessity to follow site plans
- Record all paperwork associated with each contract correctly including the use of materials and the recording of timesheets
- Prepared to work additional hours (Paid at agreed overtime rate)
- Daily supervision of subcontractors if required and co-ordinate between crews
- Communicate with clients and architects in a professional manner
