Essential:
- Must have a proven track record
- Must be able to call on a broad knowledge of plants
- Propagation and Nursery Stock knowledge
- Must have relevant horticultural qualifications (or equivalent experience)
- Must be capable of managing members of a proven existing team
- Must have good organisational skills
