International garden designer Peter Donegan to appear at D and M Garden Centre Limerick Sunday July 27th

Martin Semken, Peter Donegan Garden Designer and Dean Cartwright win Gold medal at Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show 2023 with The Bam Stone Garden

Having just returned from speaking on the main the main stage at The Royal Horticultural Society’s Hampton Court Palace and returns to Limerick to host a series of design talks and demonstrations at D and M Garden Centre Sunday July 27th to celebrate their 40th anniversary.

Ireland‘s greatest export has spoken at The Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, lectured in Istanbul, judged at Royal Windsor Flower Show and won Gold for his designs at Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show. He has also won international awards for his designs at the 13th Century Château de Péronne, was series garden designer for RTE Television‘s DIY SOS The Big Build Ireland and listed in the UK’s Top 100 Garden Designers.

Based in Ballycannon Croagh, D&M Centre began with husband and wife Dermot and Mary and is now managed by son Tom, daughter Ursula along with Tom’s wife Mags. And what was once selling vegetables from the back of the house and bedding plants from a van, is now one of Ireland’s leading garden centres and most amazing restaurant.
