GLAS – Your Industry. Your Event.

An Industry Sentiment Survey revealed some of the biggest challenges facing businesses across the horticulture and related sectors, including landscape, design, retail, sports turf, and machinery.

Respondents pointed to clear signs of opportunity, particularly in the areas of sustainability, biodiversity and skills development. For many, the path forward hinges on a renewed focus on raising standards across the board.

Climate-conscious gardening and landscape design is a defining trend. Urban gardening, technology, export potential and the expansion of horticultural apprenticeships were all highlighted as areas ripe for investment and growth.

Despite the pressures, many in the sector are ready to adapt, and optimistic about what’s possible.

There is nowhere better to discover and develop these opportunities than with a visit to GLAS this Thursday July 17th.

You and your colleagues can download the e-Ticket or simply register on  arrival. Proudly supported by Bord Bia, the show opens from 9am.

That group, which were all landscapers, are all working in the industry and have completed their College based part of the programme.
