Barry Murphy Garden Maintenance Ltd require a Senior Team Leader
Essential:
- Must have 2/3 years experience in garden maintenance.
- Full driving license
- Horticulture qualification
- Garden knowledge
- Friendly
- Hard-working
- Ability to lead a team and make improvements
- The ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Must be prepared to work additional hours to complete work (if required), which will be paid at an agreed overtime rate
- Must be prepared and able to work to agreed and set targets
Duties of a Team Leader:
- Following and implementing construction plans as per specifications/schedule of works
- Operating and maintaining various plant and machinery associated with the site works
- Ensuring finished work is completed by crew to a high standard and in a timely fashion
- Managing the safety of colleagues on site
