Arboretum Kilquade, Kilquade, Co Wicklow require a Retail Horticulturist
The Ideal Candidate:
- A Recognised Horticultural qualification and a minimum of 2 years job-related experience
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent plant knowledge and understanding of garden centre operations
- Ability to carry out physically demanding work and be able to work off your own initiative
- Must have a passion for all things garden related and take pride in what you do
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert advice and exceptional service to our customers
- Merchandising, Maintenance and replenishment of stock
- Maintain the garden centre to the highest standard
- Engage with the store team and provide support to all areas of the store as required, in order to reflect the needs of the customer and the varying demands of the business
- Maintain and seek to improve excellent levels of product Knowledge
- Comply with health and safety regulations and carry out all reasonable tasks and duties as required
